TRANSMOTO 8-HOUR AT NARRABRI
– CANCELLED FOR 2023 –

We’re always excited to run events at new venues because it gives people within striking distance the opportunity to ride a Transmoto Enduro Event for the first time. But bringing events to an all-new venue can also be a bit of a roll of the dice – sometimes it fills up and sometimes it doesn’t.

Unfortunately, this was the situation with the 2023 Transmoto 8-Hour Enduro at Narrabri (scheduled for May 6-7). Whether it’s due to the fact this new venue is a hefty road-trip away for a majority of participants from outside the region, or the cost-of-living pressures we’ve all felt the impact of this year – or a combination of factors – Narrabri simply didn’t get close to the entry numbers required to make the event float.

So, in consultation with the landowners, the decision has been made to cancel the Transmoto 8-Hour at Narrabri for 2023. The good news is that we have all intentions of having another crack at this event in 2024 around the same dates.

All those who entered will have the option of a full refund or to transfer their entry to any other Transmoto event in 2023, and we’re truly sorry that those who pulled the trigger on an entry won’t get to ride this awesome location in May.

IT’S NOT ALL BAD NEWS… BIKE TERRITORY IS STILL OPEN!

Seeing as you and your riding crew have already set that May 6-7 weekend aside to travel to the North West Slopes region of NSW, why not still make the road-trip out to the stay-and-ride venue called Bike Territory, about a 35-minute drive northeast of Narrabri? Sure, you’ll be riding the property’s existing tracks – rather than the one-off race loop that was to be built specifically for the Transmoto 8-Hour – but we can assure you, you’ll still have a cracker of a weekend at this renowned slice of riding heaven. Situated in the Nandewar Ranges, Bike Territory’s land runs from the flats along Rocky Creek, through open paddocks and ridges, and up into the mountains.

To book yourself in for the weekend, simply register on the internet via Bike Territory or contact the office via phone (02 6783 4218) or email (info@biketerritory.com.au). Scott and his team would be happy to have you.
