LADIES LOOP AT TRANSMOTO EVENTS – FAQS ANSWERED

How do Ladies Loop riders score an entry into a Transmoto Enduro Event?

Just like everybody else, Ladies Loop riders pre-enter online. The entry fee is $50 per rider. If riders do not have a current Senior National  MA Licence, they will need to pre-purchase a One Event Recreational Licence for $30 through the event’s online entry system.

Is it a race or ride?

It’s a fun ride; a non-competitive loop that’s staged on Saturday afternoon between 1pm and 3pm.

What ages does it cater to?

The Ladies Loop is staged at selected events, with a limited number of entries available for Senior riders (16+).

Which events will the Ladies Loop run at in 2024?

For 2024, the Ladies Loop has been provisionally added to the Cooby Dam (Qld), Clarence Valley (NSW) and Wangaratta (Vic) events.

What about sign-on and scrutineering and riders’ briefing?

Ladies Loop riders need to sign on between 9am and 12pm and have their bike and helmet scrutineered on Saturday morning at the Motorex tent. Riders then need to meet near the start/finish archway at 12.30-12.45pm for a briefing, ready for the 1pm kick-off.

What’s the loop like?

The Ladies Loop will be 6-8km in length, and incorporate sections of Sunday’s race loop. It will include a variety of natural-terrain grasstrack and bush tracks and trails. Sweep riders will be circulating the track the whole time to offer support and assistance if required.

Can Ladies Loop riders camp overnight at the venue?

Absolutely! For Ladies Loop riders not pitting with family/friends who’ve entered to race on Sunday, a small separate camping area will be set aside for Saturday night. When arriving at the venue, please let Transmoto staff know so we can direct you to this area.

If I am racing on Sunday, can I take part in the Ladies Loop on Saturday too?

Yep. Mixed and Wonder Women team category ladies entered into Sunday’s race will also be able to join in on Saturday’s Ladies Loop action for free (it’s included in their Sunday race entry fee).

How do I get involved with the Jemma Wilson Coaching?

Jemma Wilson will be providing a Free one-hour Coaching Session at selected events from 10.30-11.30am. If you have signed up for this when entering, please make sure you arrive at the event between 9-10am to have your bike scrutineered in time for the session. Coaching is only available to the first 15 Ladies who enter.
