2021 TRANSMOTO 8-HOUR AT CLARENCE VALLEY: RESCHEDULED TO JULY 2022
Due to the current and ongoing restrictions associated with the Covid-19 pandemic in NSW, it’s with regret we announce that the Transmoto 8-Hour at Clarence Valley (scheduled for October 16-17) will not run in 2021, and will now be rescheduled to July 30-31, 2022.
With the NSW state government yet to widely reinstate outdoor events or mass participation community sport as part of their Covid-19 Roadmap, the continuation of the Queensland border closures and restriction of travel within NSW for a large number of participants, it’s not feasible to get this event away in 2021.
We can’t thank the Elks family (Tammy, Steve and their sons) enough for all their hard work on the venue to date, and for their understanding in allowing riders to shift their 2021 entry to the revised date in July, 2022, when we’ll finally get the opportunity to showcase their epic property to all of you. It will be well worth it, this location really is dirt bike heaven.
We also need to thank the Clarence Valley Council events team for their support of this event, along with our valued event partners, suppliers and officials for their flexibility and commitment to the Transmoto Enduro series this year and next.
When events get underway again in NSW and other parts of the country, we expect the demand to be high, we sincerely hope entered riders retain their entry for 2022 when we can all enjoy getting out for a ride and a few cold tins.
With the new event date now confirmed for 2022, here are your options as an entered rider:
1.) DO NOTHING, and your team entry for the event July 30-31, 2022, will be automatically transferred (please keep in mind you can also make as many rider changes as necessary within your team before the 2022 event);
2.) Have your TEAM CAPTAIN transfer your Clarence Valley entry to any other 2022 Transmoto event here:

3.) Have your TEAM CAPTAIN request an entry fee refund* here:

(This includes a refund for any One Event Competition Licence and/or Temporary Club Membership payments, where applicable).
IMPORTANT: All event transfers and refunds must be requested by Sunday, October 3. After this date, you will automatically be entered into the 2022 event.

* NOTE: Refunds will be processed within five working days. Keep in mind, that with most banks, it can take up to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account. Refunds can only be processed back to the credit/bank card used to enter the event.
