2021 TRANSMOTO 8-HOUR AT CLARENCE VALLEY
– SHIFTED TO OCTOBER –
Due to multiple state border closures and the widespread travel restrictions associated with the recent extension of Greater Sydney’s lockdown (until the end of August), nearly half of the 550 signed-up entrants in the 2021 Transmoto 8-Hour at Clarence Valley will not be able to attend the event on its original date (August 21-22). As a result – and in the interests of public safety – we have rescheduled the event to the weekend of October 16-17, 2021.
We understand this might be an inconvenience for some entrants. But hang in there and join us in looking forward to the event’s revised October date, by which time (hopefully) a change to restrictions will allow everyone to attend.
Here are your options as an existing Team, Pairs or Ironman entrant into the 2021 Transmoto 8-Hour at Clarence Valley:
1.) Do nothing, and your entry will be automatically transferred (at no extra cost) to the rescheduled event on October 16-17 (the benefit of which is that you’ll be assured of an entry); or
2.) Have your team captain request (via email: getus@transmoto.com.au) the entry is transferred to another 2021 Transmoto Enduro Event by Sunday, August 8; or
3.) Have your team captain request (via email: getus@transmoto.com.au) an entry fee refund* (including One Event Competition Licence and/or Temporary Club Membership payments, where applicable) by Sunday, August 8. If this request is not made by August 8, the entry will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled event on October 16-17 General Refund Policy will apply).
We hope a greater majority of you who scored a prized entry into this first ever running of the Transmoto 8-Hour at Clarence Valley will be able to make the revised date in October. Believe us, getting to ride on this epic Northern Rivers property will be well worth the wait!
