ABOUT THE JOB
Do you love dirt bikes, events and have a bit of experience working on them? Are you a hard worker who doesn’t mind rolling up your sleeves and ripping in? Well, this opportunity could be perfect for you.
Transmoto is looking for a hard-working Operations Assistant to join the crew. You’ll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with the Events Manager, the rest of the Transmoto team, and external suppliers to help build and run some of the best enduro events going around.
THE NUTS & BOLTS
- 7 days of work available per event. Generally, you will arrive on-site Tuesday, and leave Monday
- $300 per day (skill-level dependant)
- All events involve camping on the property, so you’ll need to camp out or sleep in a van/camper, etc
- All food and beverages are provided

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Loading and unloading event stock
- Putting up pop-up tents, sponsor branding, sponsor activations, etc
- Setting up displays and merchandise
- Assist with coordinating event tasks
- Coordinating volunteers, helpers and crew
- Providing customer service to participants
- Assisting with crew catering
- Running errands when required
- Anything else as directed to you by the Events Manager
EXPERIENCE
It’s not essential; good work ethic, the ability to follow directions and great customer service will get you through. The following is a bonus:
- Have worked on events before or in the event industry (festivals, weddings, sporting events, etc)
- Handy with a pair of snips or light tools
- Not afraid to have a crack at new things
- A keen eye for detail
- Retail sales experience a bonus

- Aren’t prepared to work some solid hours. Event days are long!
