2021 TRANSMOTO 8-HOUR AT YOUNG – RESCHEDULED
Having just sampled the epic freshly cut-in race loop, we’d like nothing more than for the 2021 Transmoto 8-Hour at Young to go ahead as planned on July 10-11.
But the escalating Greater Sydney Covid-19 outbreak – and the widespread lockdowns and border restrictions now associated with it – have left us with no choice but to reschedule the event to the weekend of July 31– August 1, 2021 (and hope the Covid-19 shitstorm blows over by then).
So, what are your options as an existing Team, Pairs or Ironman entrant into the Young 8-Hour? You can either:
- Do nothing, and your entry will be automatically transferred to the event’s rescheduled date (the benefit of which is that you’ll be assured of an entry and the opportunity to ride at this incredible venue); or
- Have your team captain request (via email: getus@transmoto.com.au) we transfer the entry to another 2021 Transmoto Enduro Event by Sunday, July 4; or
- Have your team captain request (via email: getus@transmoto.com.au) an entry fee refund (including One Event Competition Licence and/or Temporary Club Membership payments, where applicable) by Sunday, July 4.
When it comes to refunds, all entrants who can’t make the revised date will be sorted out. However, we really hope a greater majority of you who scored a prized entry into the inaugural running of the Transmoto 8-Hour at Young will be able to make it. Running events in this environment is bloody tough work, but hang in there because it’ll be well worth the wait! #raceyourmates
